Taejop
Pottery: Unknown
Bowl with lotus petals. Stoneware, thrown, carved and celadon-glazed. The shallow bowl (taejop) has rounded sides; its footring slants slightly inward. The outside is carved with sharply outlined lotus petals in low relief, the inside is plain except for a single incised line. The glaze is of jade-green colour, evenly applied and with a subtle gloss. The base shows three quartzite spur-marks.
