Silver, parcel-gilt; circular with shallow central depression and broad flat rim with crimped border. The border is highly embossed and chased with silver flowers and scrolling foliage on a gilt ground.

Raising : The dish was raised, the edges crimped and the flowers and foliage embossed and chased. The surface, apart from the flowers and foliage was then gilt.
