Half mask of russet iron with integral nose defence, cord lugs at either side of the chin, and flanges running up either cheek. Embossed on the chin are three mushrooms. A single drain hole under the chin. At the rear rather flat ears pierced with a rosette of holes.. The inside is lacquered red, much of the lacquer damaged. The flange at the base is pierced with sets of two holes for sugake lacing.
