Description

In very poor condition, slightly curved yori mune, no visible hamon, tang unsigned. Silvered copper habaki. Square tsuba of iron decorated at the front with swirls of silver, at the rear with a silver key fret border and sprays of silver, copper and gold inlay. The grip of wood covered in same and bound with cream lacing. The fuchi kashira of patinated copper inlaid with gold. The scabbard of plain wood covered with textured black matt lacquer. The kozuka hilt of shakudo with Shu Lao and his deer, and two other immortals on a fish roe ground. The kogai of patinated copper decorated with cherry blossom and bamboo in relief.
