Maker: Unknown (Possibly)
Gilt metal, enamelled in dark Prussian blue, white, green, pale and dark pink and set with eight cut steels of different sizes. Of six lobed convex, circular shape with an open centre, across which is a bar on which the curved prong rotates. The upper surface is decorated with one large and four smaller waves or scrolls in dark Prussian blue and white enamel, the large one painted with a spray of rosebuds.
