Text from object entry in A. Game (2016) ‘Contemporary British Crafts: The Goodison Gift to the Fitzwilliam Museum’. London: Philip Wilson Publishers: Nora Fok: ‘When I was investigating a dried artichoke seed head, I saw the cone-like structures emerging out of the spiky choke. The delicate parachutes with seeds as cargo slowly filled my work table. The most beautiful furry structures gliding in the air like a graceful dancer.’
