Method of acquisition: Given (1933) by Charrington, John
The fifth state of the plate (or the second Cromwell state). In previous states the portrait had been of Cromwell and Louis XIV. In this state Cromwell has two warts over his right eye. Third line of inscription has been shifted towards to the left.
