Description

Glass, single overlay of lacquer red on turquoise carved with a figure on a bridge beside a pine tree with an inscription dating the piece to the cyclical year corresponding to the first month of 1881. The reverse scene has a dog and a cat watching butterflies flying above chrysanthemums in an antique vessel. The sides with mask and mock ring handles.
