Description

Large round iron tsuba. Surface muji crossed by rain marks. A large toro fills the greater part of the tsuba and an old man, copper, wearing a head-cover of rice straw, gilt, (for the rain) is about to feed the toro with some oil from a yakan, brass. On the other side is a cryptomeria in the rain. signature: Toyeiken Yoshinaga
