Bone china, transfer-printed underglaze in blue and gilt. Circular with shallow curved sides, standing on a footring. The interior is decorated with a Chinese scene: a man and a boy stand beside a fence in a garden outside a house with a woman watching from a window. There are trees and bushes around the house, and in the background to left, a building supported on columsn with two men standing in front of it.
