Description

Hybrid hard-paste porcelain painted in enamels with iron-red trumpet flowers and rose sprays. Pattern, no. 748.

Hybrid hard-paste porcelain, glazed and painted overglaze in blue, two shades of green, pink, and iron-red enamels. Circular with deep curved sides, standing on a footring. The interior is decorated in the centre with a pink flower on a stem, and round the upper edge with a border of horizontal iron-red fan- or trumpet-shaped flowers and tendrils linked to pink roses, and stems with leaves. An iron-red band runs round the inside of the rim. The outside is decorated with a rose spray, and five smaller sprays with blue, iron-red, or pink flowers. Pattern 748.
