Pot helmet for use by a pikeman. Formed in two halves with a hemispherical crown joined by a turn along is a low, medial comb, and furnished with an integral, downturned brim that is obtusely pointed front and rear. The base of the crown and the edge of the brim are each encircled by modern round-headed lining-rivets. The brim, which has a plain, inward-turned edge, is pierced at one end with a large, modern wiring-hole, and shows some cracks in its edge. Part of the composite pikeman's armour HEN.M.23A-D-1933.
