Description

Quite plain; Britannia Standard. This cup (with AAL.96A-2009) was specially commissioned in Britannia Standard by Lowes of Chester, and each bears the specially authorised mark to commemorate the Bi-centenary of the two assay offices:- Sheffield - C C (double century) - this cup, and Birmingham - AAL.96A-2009 repeating the first date letter used in 1773.
