Description

Folios bound in soft-back covers, with silk brocade and ties. watercolour, bodycolour and ink with heightening in white on pith paper, laid down with with strips of blue silk-covered paper

Single-section pamphlet with unsupported sewing in a case of brocade over laminated paper boards. Album containing 12 watercolours on pith paper (folios 1-12) depicting the tea industry in China. It includes scenes of farming, manufacturing, shipping, and trading. There are two blank folios (unnumbered).
