Embroidered with polychrome silks in double darning, double running, satin and fishbone stitches. A 6" border of rose sprays. In the centre a 14" diameter circular motif of three rose sprays springing from a central flower. Remainder of field covered by four large almost symmetrical sprays, based on the rose spray, with sprays like those of the border in the spaces between them.
