Description

Linen, embroidered with polychrome silk, gilt and silver thread, in double darning, double running and satin stitches. An 18" diameter circular motif in the centre, with a border of leaves from which spring four large and small rose sprays surrounding a large rose. The field is covered by similar large sprays alternating with small ones and arranged in two rows.
