Printing : "This book was designed by Ornan Rotem and set in Hoefler & Frere-Jones's Requiem .... Zone Graphics printed this book at Paddock Wood, Kent ..., on bamboo paper supplied by Fenner Paper. The first edition is limited to one hundred copies, three of which are hors série; 12 copies--lettered A to L--are signed, slipcased and accompanied with an original monoprint by Jila Peacock. The remaining 88 copies are signed, numbered and slipcased."--Colophon.
