Facsimile edition with commentary: v, 10, iv leaves : chiefly col. facsims. ; 27 cm. + 1 commentary v. (175 p. : ill., col. facsims. ; 27 cm.) Title proper from commentary volume.

Label title on upper cover of facsimile: Manuscript of the Lord's prayer, Creed &c. illuminated with 38 Paintings of Ecclesiastical history. No. 14.
Illustrations and illumination attributed to Guido Mazzoni of Modena.
Colophon of facsimile vol.: The digital photography was done by the Photographic Studio of the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge. The image data preparation and the colour corrections were assured by Litho Piffer, Graz. The final processing of the gold data was under the responsibility of Setap in Lucerne-Kriens. The colour printing and the reproduction of gold were entrusted to Print & Art in Graz. The faithful reproduction of the historical binding and the skilled execution of all book binding tasks were undertaken by the bookbinder Steinbrener, Schärding.
Text of facsimile vol. in Latin; text of commentary vol. in German and English.
Edition of 980 copies for sale, numbered arabic; and 80 copies for documentation and archival purposes, numbered roman.

Facsimile vol. in publisher's brown leather with red leather doublures and marbled free endpapers, all edges gilt; commentary vol. in publisher's dark blue smooth cloth; both vols. in publisher's dark blue smooth cloth slipcase with mitered loose lid at head.
