Agilt-bronze medallion-locket commissioned by Domenico Iacobacci in 1663 to commemorate the reign of Pope Alexander VII, 1655-67. The reverse of the locket bears a medal of the fountain in Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, as restored by Alexander VII, and the locket opens up to reveal an elaborate laudatory inscription recording the reign and commission.
