Fan showing Jacques Necker, the Finance Minister of France until the Revolution in 1789. With a central panel depicting an oval of Jacques Necker, held by triumphal angels and set beneath a sunburst. The reserves with the verses to a song 'Air D'Asparie', the whole with stencilled surround.
