Lieutt Coll Commandant of the Norwich Battalion of Volunteer Infantry, raised in Feby 1799." and "Painted by Sr Wm Beechey R.A." and "Engraved by Edward Bell" and "Published as the Act directs, Oct.r 1st. 1807, by E. Bell, & sold by S. Cushing, St. Giles Street, Norwich".
