Valentine card
A card with embossed edges surmounted by a gilt lace-paper border featuring an elaborate design of interlinked stars and three mottos attached to flower posy cut-outs at lower centre and to left and right, reading: "Love, Innocence", "My Love" and "My sweetheart" respectively. A partially draped putti/Cupid figure at upper centre carries a swag of roses and what appears to be two gold rings. There is a large posy of embossed, chromo-lithographed flowers at the centre. The lace-paper border is attached to the card by springs which can be pulled away and upwards to give the impression of a three-dimensional frame to the large posy of flowers at the centre. The inside of the card is blank.
