Blown bubbly amethyst glass decorated with applied pincered ribs, and milled threads. The globular body has a slight kick, and at the rop rises into a tall slender neck which has a milled thread below the mouth. The sides are decorated with eight robust pincered ribs which rise from the pontil mark in the base and at the top join a millded thread around the bask of the neck. The strap handle is applied below the milled band at the top of the neck, and its lower end meets the body on one of the ribs, and has an upward kick.
