MOVEMENT: Full plate movement engraved 'Pr Moore 9289 LONDON'. Balance cock with pierced and engraved table having a 'lace' edge, dragons head engraved on neck, foot pierced and engraved. Polished steel balance. Pierced and engraved slide plate, silver regulator dial with Arabic figures 1 to 6. Pierced fusee iron post. Potance with moulding at end of foot, screwed to back plate, counter-potance pivoted to back plate. Polished steel case bolt and spring with vertical pierced foot, nib through dial. Pillar plate with four square baluster pillars, under-dial stamped '9289'. Fusee and chain, barrel with one lip, tangent set-up under barrel. Verge escapement. Train planted anti-clockwise.
BRASS EDGE: Plain, three feet.
DIAL: White enamel on copper with three feet. Outer 5 minute marked with radial Arabic numbers, ladder minute ring, squat radial Roman chapters and thin inner circle.
HANDS: Blued steel beetle and poker.
INNER CASE: Silver, plain, HM London 1766, maker's incuse 'IW' and '9289' stamped inside.
OUTER CASE (A): Silver, plain, HM London, maker's incuse 'IW'.
