Cylinder watch movement
MOVEMENT: Full plate movement engraved on barrel bar 'Vulliamy zxz LONDON' and engraved on back plate, but covered by the slide plate 'Vulliamy zxz LONDON'. Balance cock with table pierced and engraved, having six rounded spokes, engraved mask at neck, blued steel end piece and diamond end stone. Foot engraved. Polished steel. Pierced and engraved slide plate with wavy edge, silver regulation disc with radial Arabic figures 5 to 30. Pierced jewel and end stone to escape pivot. Plain formed fusee iron post, polished steel case bolt in slot, nib at side. Potance with moulding at end of foot fixed with screw. Pillar plate with four turned pillars with a ring at ends. Centre wheel recessed. Third wheel bar. Pierced jewel and end stone to escap. pivot, in cock. Fusee and chain with set-up click under dial, barrel with one lip. Cylinder escapement with steel wheel and cylinder. Train planted clockwise. High numbered train.
BRASS EDGE: Case bolt slot.
DIAL: White enamel on copper, three feet. Ladder minute ring with diamond shapes at quarters, radial Roman chapters.
HANDS: Blued steel beetle and poker.
CAP: Plain with oval table, winding pipe, blued steel slide.
