Description

Painted enamel dial.

DIAL: White enamel on copper, three feet (two drilled, one pulled off). Small central time dial with polychrome painting surrounding. Outer painting shows a volcano over some water above a rock signed 'Girardier l'aine' to the left. There is a hole to the left of the time dial where a dial foot has been pulled out. Two people are looking over the time dial towards the volcano on the right. The time dial has a short line minute ring, 3 dots at quarters and a dot at 5 mins., vertical Arabic chapters. Winding hole at 2 o'clock.
