Description

Gilt brass outer case covered with black shagreen.

OUTER CASE: Gilt brass outer case, copper back and bezel band, covered with black shagreen. Gilt pin decoration, in the shape of an eight-pointed star, having single pins between points, in the centre of the back of the body. Eight groups of three pins, with single pin between groups, decorate the edge of the body and bezel. Twisted gilt brass wire at edge of shagreen on bezel and body. Bezel with one decorative head pin missing. Body with one decorative headed pin missing from edge and three decorative headed pins missing from between star points. Pendant slot in body only.
