Outer case covered in tortoise shell.

OUTER CASE: Worn gilt brass covered in tortoiseshell with white painted background. Bezel covered in shell with ring of seventy-three plain headed pins (eight pins missing). Body covered in shell with ring of seventy-four plain headed pins at edge (six pins missing). Pendant slot half in body and half in bezel.
