Description

Stoneware footed Seto? Horse eye? dish (uma-no-me zara) with raised rim. A tenmoku glaze, revealed on the brown rim, under a yellowish-white glaze. The horse eyes are painted in brown on top. Six off centre spur marks are plain in the well.
Painted mark on base.
