Description

Wood-fired tea bowl with a low foot. Thrown and altered. Natural ash glaze with heavy deposits. Variegated brown/buff, with two areas where the orange/red body is exposed. Irregular rim.
Comes with an unmarked box.

History note: Bought by Shakeshaft from a Ceramic Art London fair, at the Royal College of Arts, 29th February 2008
