Description

High-fired footed earthenware dish, with blue rim, on which is sgraffito. Creamy slip with brushwork in cobalt blue and chrome green. Floral motifs in the centre of the well.

History note: Bought by Shakeshaft from a Bayer/Garratt exhibition at 60 Addison Road, North London. 14th May 1998
