Dark green jasper amygdaloid seal, engraved on one side only with a double axe motif. Pierced.

History note: Put up for auction at Christie's, London 5/6/1989 lot 35 (part), but remained unsold.

History note: Formerly in the Erlenmeyer collection, formed by Herr Erlenmeyer (died 1968) between 1943 and 1963.
