Description

Embossed lace-paper mounted onto backing paper with paper springs. The lace-paper is decorated with glazed scraps of cut-paper flowers in gilded urns and a cartouche containing a printed verse at upper centre: 'Fresh garlands of flowers / for you dear I'll weave / If this gift of affection / you fondly receive.'. A colour lithograph of a girl holding a posy of flowers in a landscape. MEEK blind-embossed onto the paper at lower right.
