Description

Lace-paper with scalloped edges, coloured dark blue. Large, cut-paper fern fronds with gilded detail arranged above and below a central oval window and with coloured lithographs of flowers cut out and affixed over the fern leaves. A varnished lithographic image of a young girl holding a fishing net at the centre of the window and a glazed cut-out with the motto: 'A fond wish, be mine love' adhered below.
