Description

Playing-card size paper with a scalloped edge and green and gold border with gilded rays projecting outwards from a central oval window within which is a chromolithograph on embossed paper of a blue rose. A scrap of adhered wove paper on the verso has remnants of hand-written initials and date in black ink; "M.L. 189[...]" The last digit of the date has been removed by a tear in the paper. The hand appears to be the same as that seen in P.14343-R-74.
