Description

Lace-paper adhered to the back sheet. A cut-paper, oval-shaped frame which has been hand-coloured in green and silver paint. At the centre of the frame is a glazed/varnished chromolithograph cut-out of a flower bouquet (identical to that seen in P.14343-R-96, but not on embossed paper). A cut-out motto: "Constancy" is affixed at lower centre. Traces of a graphite inscription from the inside of the card at lower right.
