Description

A small leaf of gilded lace-paper with blue hand colouring in a design of leaves and flowers. Traces of the backing paper are visible. A lithographed cut-out of a bouquet of flowers on embossed paper is affixed at the centre. The cut-out lifts up at the bottom to reveal a roundel with a white silk printed panel bearing the verse: "A Wish / My friend I'd breathe a wish / that thou - might'st / spend thy life in love and / peace ..."
