Description

A card with scalloped edges and an embossed border with pale blue tinting. A motto is lithographed onto the card in large, pale blue script above the central image: "Forget Me Not". At the centre is a chromolithographed scrap on embossed paper of pink and peach-coloured roses which is glued at the bottom and designed to operate as a flap pulling down from the top. This device would normally conceal a message or image, but the paper behind is blank. The card is glued together inside at the top right corner, but the inside of the card appears to be blank. See also P.14343-R-146 and P.14343-R-149.
