Description

A strip of pink paper to which is pasted a white glove cut from white paper and embossed with gold detailing. The glove lifts up to reveal a printed message cut out and pasted on in blue ink and as hand-written: "Please to imagine, lady fair / if you my passions truly share / that in these Gloves our hands combine / Mine in yours, love, and yours in mine". The same verse is pasted to the interior of one of the gloves inside P.14344-R-L2.
