My Star Valentine card
Publisher: Unknown
A postcard-style valentine with a chromolithograph of blue wild flowers and ferns against a grey background. The accompanying verse, "My Star / Lo, in my spirit's sky / One constant star I see; ..." and with the intials "F.L." printed below at lower right is almost certainly by the Rev Frederick Langbridge (1849-1923). An indecipherable monogram in red ink is located within the chromolithograph at lower left. "Copyright" is printed at lower left. See Laura Seddon, _A Gallery of Greetings, A Guide to the Seddon Collection of Greeting Cards in Manchester Polytechnic Library_, Manchester, Manchester Polytechnic Library, 1992, p. 296.
