To Somebody Valentine card

Loose inside album P.14349-R between nos. 23 and 30. A die-cut card with a double-sided chromolithograph of cupid riding a swan and lithographic scene in sepia on the inside surrounding a printed verse entitled: TO SOMEBODY: I know a maid whose smile to me / Is sunshine's best bequeathing, / Whose voice is dearer melody / Than lute's divinest breathing. ...'. Two short lengths of peach-coloured satin ribbon, one tied in a bow, found inside the card. The style is similar to the designs produced by Raphael Tuck & Sons in the 1880s.
