White lace-paper with central oval frame of embossed design with ground of dark blue ink. The central panel has been roughly cut into a window through which is seen a varnished, colour-printed lithograph of a couple, the woman playing a lute and printed verse below: 'WELCOME HOME / for round thy much loved image rise ... Then welcome! oh thrice / welcome home.'. The interior is blank.
