Description

Embossed cream wove paper with scalloped edge and smaller embossed, silver lace-paper frame with large oval window mounted on paper springs at the centre and decorated with flower scraps at upper and lower centre, the latter with printed motto: 'forget me not', and with a frosted leaf affixed to the left (the right-hand leaf is lost). Inside the window is a silver lace-paper framed chromolithograph, mounted on paper springs, of a female harvester holding a bundle of corn on her head and a sickle in her hand, a church spire seen in the distance. The interior is blank.
