A decorative, lithographed border in gold ink consists of acanthus scrolls and, at top left, Cupid aiming his arrow at the couple seen at the centre. A lithograph printed in sepia ink with hand colouring of a couple standing beside a shrine surmounted by a heart, the couple with raised arms holding cords tied to two doves hovering above.
