Valentine card
Publisher: Meek, George
A valentine envelope of white coated paper with silver embossed detail which has been converted to a valentine card by the addition of a silver lace-paper front along the top edge of the envelope which is decorated with small scraps of robins and flowers. A central circular panel is decorated with a scrap designed as a bow trimmed with forget-me-nots and with the motto: 'I AM THINE / LOVE'. The lace-paper lifts up to reveal a large scrap of robins in snow with distant church which is affixed to the recto address panel with silver printed motto: 'TO ONE I LOVE'. 'MEEK' is stamped on the recto at lower left.
