Description

White wove paper with a lace-paper border. On a panel at the centre, an embossed and glazed chromolithograph scrap of a woman waving a white handkerchief having become wedged inside her crinoline hoop which has blown over her head. Below, is a collage of cut-paper, handcoloured leaves and flowers. A title written in blue ink at upper centre: 'I shall be willing to help you under any difficulties'. 'MANSELL' is stamped at upper right. The interior is blank.
