Description

A large ornate goblet is surmounted by a representation of the Greek goddess of fortune, Tyche (her name 'TYXH.' printed on a scroll below), seated on rocks and holding a cornucopia under her left arm. From a complete set of 52 Greek playing cards of the Venetian type. Lithography in black ink, coloured with three stones of blue, red and yellow. The backs of the cards feature a lithographed design in blue ink of a repeated crown pattern.
