Description

A double-ended court card featuring a youth wearing gold armour, and a red cloak, a lion's head moulded into the metal on the right shoulder, and carrying a large ceremonial-style baton in his right hand. The card is untitled. From a complete set of 52 Greek playing cards of the Venetian type. Lithography in black ink, coloured with three stones of blue, red and yellow. The backs of the cards feature a lithographed design in blue ink of a repeated crown pattern.
