Lithograph (uncoloured) on white wove paper. Inlaid within a frame of buff wove paper (approx. height 360mm x width 515mm). Three men stand on the left; Sir Edward Sugden (extending his right hand), Lord Abinger and Sir Charles Wetherell, who presents a bundle with a bow to a fourth man (Sir William Horne) at the far right, who appears startled. Signed with monogram at lower left: 'HB'. Title printed below the border: '_EX_-_HONOR_-ATION.'. The publisher's details printed below the border to the left: 'Published by Thos. McLean, 26, Haymarket, March 14th. 1834.'. A small, circular blind stamp at lower left: 'THOs. MCLEAN'. Printer's details below the border to the right: 'A. Ducôté's Lithogy. 70 St Martins Lane.'. Printed above the border at upper right: 'HB Sketches No. 306'.
