Wool, embroidered with polychrome silks in cross stitch.

Strawberry border enclosing a central inscription with symetrically placed traditional motifs flanking a tree above and a shepherd, shepherdess, tree birds, sheep below.
The verse is "Jesus permit thy gracious name....." beneath it is " Margaret Cox Aged 7 1835"
